The postdoc fellow will be based in the School of Computing of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and have the opportunity to co-advise and collaborate with PhD and undergraduate students in our research group (for more information on our research grou and interests, visit comp.nus.edu.sg/~lowkh/research.html.
This postdoctoral fellow position is financially supported by the Singapore’s MInistry of Education Academic Research Fund Tier 2 competitive grant under the project theme: “Scaling up Gaussian Process Predictive Model for Big Data” for the duration of July 2017 to July 2020. Salary is competitive, with possible support to travel to conferences for dissemination of research results.
The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in machine learning, computer science, statistics or other related disciplines. A good publication record in the premier machine learning and AI conferences and/or journals is preferred. He/she must have a strong proficiency in programming.
